AERATION
Aeration aids in reducing soil compaction. This allows more oxygen and nutrients to get into the root system of the plant. Compaction occurs primarily on the surface of the soil, restricting water and critical nutrients from reaching the soil. Aerating punches down into the soil and pulls plugs from the turf area, creating large pores that will allow moisture and nutrients to move freely through the soil layers. This eventually allows the grass roots to grow deeper, denser and more vigorous, and increases your lawn’s ability to fight insects, drought and disease. We recommend aerating once a year.
OVERSEEDING
Best when done in conjunction with aeration, we apply the highest quality of grass seed to revitalize your lawn or commercial property.

SOIL TESTING
The best way to discover exactly what our lawn needs, is to have your soil tested. Evaluating the nutrient status of your soil is a vital step in growing a healthy lawn, in order to reach the appropriate balance of fertilizers and treatments.
GRUB CURATIVE
Grubs are the larvae of beetles and are the most widespread and destructive pests in the Northeast. They damage grass by burrowing down into the soil, and chewing on the root system, undermining even the healthiest of lawns. We will apply a pre-emergent grub preventative in the late spring/early summer to prevent grubs from devastating your lawn.
